First...schedule a Meet and Greet to ensure we both are good fits

Second...if Meet and Greet is successful, we will schedule an overnight temperament test (if boarding)

Temperament test must be passed before securing boarding

What is the Temperament Test?

The dog will stay with us overnight. We will monitor their interaction with staff and other dogs. Dogs are crated at times to see how they can handle being in a confined space. We will also monitor their play inside and outdoors.

What should I bring for my dogs stay?

We would like to mimic your dogs stay as close to what they are used to at home. In that case, we ask that you bring:

Any bedding/crate they're comfortable with

Toys, dog food, treats and dog bowl (please ensure names are on items and instructions for meal time)

Leash and collar for identification purposes

Medications, if any and instructions

Pack of dog diapers (This will be used in the home as they adjust to their new environment. (Any diapers not used will be returned to owner)

How do I book a reservation?

Reservations can be booked after the initial meet and greet (For new clients). During this time we will discuss dates and time arrangements

Book meet and greets via contact form on website, text or email

Reservations will be made through the Petpocket registration platform

What happens if my dog gets sick or injured?
All dogs must have an emergency in-town contact who is prepared to pick up your dog in the event those needs arise. In emergencies, we will go to the nearest 24-hour Veterinarian.

Why is my dog tired after daycare or boarding?

Imagine your dog surrounded by a pack of furry pals, engaging in games of chase, sniffing new scents, and socializing with new dogs. Our playgroups mimic the natural pack environment that dogs crave. These interactions and all-day play are incredibly stimulating and exhilarating for your furry friends. This can cause fatigue when outside of this environment.

Can my pet get fleas from other animals during their stay?

We take flea and tick prevention very seriously. Every animal staying with us, whether overnight or for daycare, should be on routine, ongoing flea and tick preventative. This helps to ensure no flea or tick infestation can occur at our facility. If we find fleas on any animal, they will be given a mandatory flea bath immediately. The charge for this bath will be a minimum of $45. Repeat offenders will be denied future services.
